The Challenge

As 3 Sided Cube started launching its own products, a marketing team new to product marketing had no repeatable method for it. Off-the-shelf AI could help with any one task, but quality swung with the prompt, expert frameworks went unused, and there was no shared standard across people or products.

The Solution

I designed and built a pack of seven Claude Skills that act as an always-on product-marketing coach across the full workflow: discovery, naming, positioning, messaging, go-to-market, campaign build, and analysis. Each encodes a credible methodology (April Dunford positioning, jobs-to-be-done, message house, TAM/SAM/SOM) in plain language so the team learns as they work. The skills are product-agnostic - drawing each product's context from its own Claude Project, and they coach by interrogating weak inputs rather than just generating content.

The Result

The pack turns a capable but inconsistent tool into a reliable team standard - raising the quality floor for non-specialists, removing the prompt-engineering tax, and keeping every product's marketing coherent. Packaged as a version-controlled repo and a one-click plugin, it scales across the team and compounds over time: learn something once, everyone benefits. A durable marketing asset, not a one-off experiment.
